The FaceTite procedure is a one-step process that tightens facial skin using radio frequency (RF) waves. The heat from the radio frequency waves will cause your skin to contract and any excess fat that is attached to your skin will liquify. As a result, new collagen growth will be stimulated in the deep layers of your skin.

HOW ARE THEY PERFORMED?

The FaceTite procedure is performed under local anesthesia with a light IV sedation, so that one narrow probe can be inserted through a tiny incision at the edge of the jaw, right below the ear.

The inserted probe is heated up and the FaceTite device, a narrow wand with another probe, is moved along your jawline or neck in a uniform fashion.

The probes deliver energy back and forth to one another, causing the fat below the surface of your skin to heat up, melt away, and your skin to tighten and stimulate collagen.

The eliminated fat can then be infused into the top of your cheeks for a natural facelift. The results from the procedure always come out smooth and no damage is done to your skin along the way.

The MyEllevate™ procedure is another one-step option used for the neck.

It uses tiny incisions to model and shape the structures underneath your skin. While the FaceTite directly impacts the fat attached to your skin, the MyEllevate™ procedure uses a light guided suture system (ICLED) to place a support system around the platysma muscle and glands under the skin.Fa

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Both procedures are performed using a puncture device combined with a dermal clearing device, which removes dermal attachments around each puncture area.

A suture matrix is then created underneath the skin, which is weaved with one continuous thread to provide support to the muscles and glands under the skin.

This is done with a light handle, a suture rod, and LED light.

PROCEDURE LENGTH & RECOVERY TIME?

The FaceTite procedure generally takes 45-60-minutes for your appointment. If you’re getting more than one treatment done in combination with the FaceTite, it could be longer. Recovery takes a few days to a couple of weeks and final results are seen in 6-12-months.
The MyEllevate™ procedure generally takes less than 60-minutes to complete. Initial recovery is a few days but the tight sensations may take a few weeks to resolve. Results are noticeable right away but final improvement can take a few months.
